At least three persons were killed and two others were injured when a oxygen cylinder laden truck from Dhaka hit a standing truck at Konabari Mosque on the west side approach road of the Jamuna Bridge at about 4.30 pm yesterday (Sunday) .
The dead bodies were identified as Shafi-52 of South Ramchandrapur, Pabna. Dudhu Mia, -48, Madhobpur, Dupchachia in Bogra, the other dead body could not be identified.
Police recovered the
dead bodies and sent them for autopsy at Sadar Hospital morgue.
A case was lodged with Jamuna Bridge West police station in this connection.
