Josai International University (JIU) at Chiba, Bunkyo Gakuin University at Tokyo and Teikyo University at Itabashi of Japan have agreed to work together with Daffodil International University (DIU). In this regard three individual agreements were signed with the respective universities during the recent Japan visit of Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Board of Trustees, DIU.
Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman visited Josai International University (JIU), Gumyo, Togane, Chiba, Japan on 9thMay 2016. DIU made agreement with this renowned Japanese university to work together. DIU will be able expand its opportunity in Japanese market through this networking via scholarship, student exchange, joint collaboration and some other future collaborative opportunities.
DIU Chairman then visited Bunkyo Gakuin University, Tokyo, Japan on 11th May and met Prof Masakazu Shimada, Chairman, BOT, Gakuin University. Established in 1991, this prominent Japanese university committed to allow DIU students for exchange program from next year.
Md. Sabur Khan also visited Teikyo University, Itabashi, Japan on 11th May. During the visit there, President of Teikyo University Yoshihito Okinaga said his university would allow DIU students in various exchange programs.
Established in 1931, Teikyo is a private university with its present enrollment 22000 in its 9 campuses.
DIU currently has a network with more than five universities in Japan.
