Chandgaon thana police under Chittagong Metropolitan police seized about 100 liters local wine from Kaptai road crossing under Chandgaon thana and detained 3 persons allegedly involved with the trafficking of the locally made wine on Wednesday night.
The detained drug traffickers are Farida Begum, Rizia Begam and Md.Sajjad. Chandgaon thana police sources said all the detained are the professional drug traffickers and are involved with this trade since long. A case under narcotics act has been lodged against them before the concerned police station, sources said.
