3-day exhibition on medical equipment begins on May 4

A three-day exhibition on medical equipment, clinical lab instruments and health tourism and services is set to begin on May 4 at the International Convention City Bashundhara in the city.
Addressing a press conference at Jatiya Press Club (JPS) on Monday, Meherun N Islam, Group President and Managing Director of CEMS Global USA and Asia Pacific, said Conference and Exhibition Management Services (CEMS) Global is going to arrange the exhibition marking its 25 years of establishment.
The exhibitions titled ’10th Meditex Bangladesh-2017′, ‘3rd Bangladesh Clinical Lab Expo-2017’ and ‘2nd International Health Tourism and Services Expo-2017’ will continue till May 6.
The expos will assemble agents, distributors, importers, trading companies, wholesalers, retailers and business representatives, she said.
Around 120 companies from about 19 countries across the world will take part in the exhibition, she added.
Meherun said the exhibition will remain open for trade and public visitors from 10.30 am to 8.00 pm every day.
Head of Marketing and Communication of CEMS Bangladesh Noyem Sharif, Specialist of International Coordination of CEMS Global Asif Arman and Managing Director and CEO of Doctorola Limited Mohammad Abdul Matin Emon were present at the press conference, among others.
