Chittagong Metropolitan police detained two activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir (ICS) while organizing sudden processions rejecting the Supreme Court’s verdict war criminal Delwar Hossain Sayedee’s imprisonment until death instead of death penalty on Wednesday.
The detainees were identified as Kazi Fakuruddin, 22, a student of Chittagong College and Mohammad Amanullah,22, also a student of a private university. Police detained the ICS activists from Chaktai and Rahattarpool area while organized processions rejecting the Supreme Court’s verdict against the war criminal Delwar Hossain Sayedee.
