2 BCL men killed in M`bazar `infighting`

Two activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) were killed in a factional clash in Moulvibazar town on Thursday evening, police said.
The deceased were identified as Shahbab Rahman, 23, son of one Abu Bakar Siddique, resident of old hospital road in the town and Mahi Ahmed, 18, son of one Billal Hossain of Durlabpur village of sadar upazila.
Shahbab was an eleventh grade student of Moulvibazar Govt College and Mahi was an SSC examinee.
The deceased were activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League, Mohammad Shahjalal, Superintendent of Police in Moulvibazar, said our local correspondent quoting police.
The incident took place in front of Moulvibazar Government High School hostel around 6:30pm.
Miscreants hacked the duos to death over factional clash, said Moulvibazar Model Police Station’s Officer-in-Charge (OC) Suhel Ahmed.
They were rushed to Sadar Hospital where on-duty physician declared them dead on arrival.
 “The killing might have been committed due to factional clash. The matter is being investigated,” added Suhel Ahmed.
