Entertainment Report : Mother of popular actor Zahid Hasan Hamida Begum, also daughter of traditional Rokoni family of Sirajgnj, passed away. She died at 7:30am on Thursday at a city hospital. She had been suffering from old age complications. She was 88. Actor Zahid Hasan urged all including his fans and well-wishers to pray for the salvation of his mother’s soul. His mother’s first janaza was held in the city’s Dhanmondi area. Later the body was sent to Sirajganj. n
