One youth and a school girl remained missing for the last two weeks in separate incident from the Karnaphuli thana area under Chittagong city . The youth identified as Saifuddin chowhury Babu(30) , son of Jahangir chowdhury of Patiya Upazila and the school girl Parvin Akhter(15) , daughter of Late Syed Ahmed of same police station. Among them, Saifuddin chowdhury Babu was missing from June 2 last and the Parvin Akhter from June 13 last.
Parvin is the student of class Ten of Achia Motaleb High school. Office incharge of Karnapuli thana Rafiqul Islam said Babu is an employee of a factory of the area and he did not turn his residence after end of the duty hour on June 2 last. A GD inconnection has been lodged with the concerned police station.
Meanwhile Parvin akther was not traced from June 13 last and police suspecting that she was kidnapped by some miscreants while going to school .
A case is also filed in connection with Karnaphuli thana,sources said. Police have requested to all conscious persons to contact by cell No.01713373271 if finds them at any where , a CMP release said.
