A youth was killed and five others were injured at Bazokpur village of Mithamoin upazila under Kishoreganj district on Saturday morning over land dispute.
The victim was identified as Babul (35), son of Morshed Miah from Bazokpur village of Mihamoin upazila.
Mithamoin Police Station Officer-in-charge (OC) Alimul Hoque said that police rushed to the spot and recovered the dead body. Sitution is under control now.
The corpse was sent to Kishoreganj General Hospital for autopsy.
A case was filed in this connection with Mithamoin Police Station.
