UNB, Chapainawabganj :
Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) arrested a youth along with fake Indian currency worth 1.5 lakh from Telkupi border area in Shibganj upazila early Friday.
The arrestee was identified as Habibur Rahman, 35, son of Diraj Ali, a resident of Azampur Hudmapara of the upazila.
As the duo tried to escape the BGB members chased them and arrested Habibur while his associate managed to flee.
