An unidentified passenger of an inter-district train meet a tragic death when he tried to peek his head out the door of a running train and got struck with a train signal post at Dhirasram of Gazipur under Dhaka Railway Division on Sunday morning.
The identity of the deceased couldn’t be confirmed instantly.
The train was bound for Dewanganj of Jamalpur district from the capital.
Md Manna, Sub-Inspector of Joydebpur General Railway Junction Police confirmed the news to the media and said that “the accident occurred on Sunday morning and the youth died on the spot and was found hanging with poles.
