The World Accreditation Day will be observed in the country like elsewhere in the world on Monday.
This year, the theme of the day is ‘Accreditation:
Delivering confidence in the provision energy.’
The Bangladesh Accreditation Board (BAB), an institution under the Industries Ministry, has taken elaborate programmes in this regard.
A seminar will be held at the Dhaka Chambers of Commerce and Industries (DCCI) auditorium at about 10am on June 9 in this regard.
President M Abdul Hamid, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu have given separate messages wishing success of the day.
