A workshop titled ” Post Self- assessment Improvement Plan for English Department” organised by the self-assessment Committee of Department of English of Comilla University (CoU) held at Arts Faculty’s Auditorium Room at Cou.
Associate Professor of CoU English Department, Ali Rezwan Talukdar chaired the program. Prof Dr Emran Kabir Chowdhury, Vice-Chancellor of CoU was present as chief guest while Dr. Bishwajit Chandra Deb, Additional Director of IQAC of CoU was present as special guest. Assistant Professor of CoU English Dept Dr Banani Biswas, Associate Professor MM Shariful Karim, Assistant Professor Firoz Ahmed, Abul Hayat, Habibur Rahman, Sarmin Sultana Renaissance Ahmed Sayma and the students of different batches were also present there.
The Institute of Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), in collaboration with World Bank and Hackep, is working to improve the physical and infrastructure development of all departments of the university and to improve quality of education.
Ali Rezwan Talukdar presented the next four-year plan for the English Department.
