A workshop on “Innovation and Creativity” was held on Friday at the Dhaka University (DU) aimed at fostering creativity and innovation among the students from different disciplines like science, humanities and business through and inter-disciplinary approach.
Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Country Director Joe Hyun-Gue attended the workshop as the chief guest while M Rashedur Rahman, Director of DU Innovation and Incubation Lab (i-Lab), delivered the opening remarks on the occasion.
Students of different local and foreign universities took part in the workshop.
Objective of the workshop was to embed a culture of problem solving to tackle social and economic challenges in the most innovative way.
