A construction worker named Babu Karikar (15) was electrocuted in Ashashuni upazila of Satkhira on Saturday . This incident took place at Bichat Bazar in Anulia union of the upazila . The deceased boy is the son of Liaqat Kariqar of Ballpurpur village of Karigor upazila.
Eyewitnesses said, Babu craftsmen and other workers were working on roofs in the Ripon building in the local Bechat market. At the time of this, he was caught in the wire of the watch. The soldiers died before they were rescued.
