Work on Sheikh Rehana Textile Engineering College going on

Establishment of Sheikh Rehana Textile Engineering College, Gopalganj is going on full swing and already its it 80 percent work of the project already been done.  According to official sources said, Public Works Department (PWD), Gopalganj took possessing on five acres of land in the year of Jan. 2015 and last year the authority further acquisition three acres of land same areas year of June 2018 for extension of work. Total 8 acres of land at Ghonapara under Sadar Upazila in Gopalganj district.
Sources said, Galaxy JV, PR engineering, M/S Benjir Construction, Monir Traders, Sharab Traders with etc. took the responsibility for construction of the work under the supervision of PWD, Gopalganj. Thos companies were started the work same year at a cost of Tk. 98 crore 4 lakh 98 thousand.
Land development, academic building (4 storied), cotton spinning shed (4 storied) weaving & knitting shed (2 stored), dying shed (2 storied), workshop building with library (2 storied), male hostel (150 bedded, 4 storied), female hostel (75 bedded, 4 storied), principal quarter (2 storied), officer dormitory (6 storied) officer quarter (6 storied), staff dormitory (6 storied), sub station building, internal road, drain, boundary wall, sanitary & water supply, electrification, centry box, garage, mosque with etc. were included the work of the project.
When contracted to Amit Kumar Biswas, Executive Engineer, PWD, Gopalganj told The New Nation on Tuesday that 80% work of the project already been completed rest work of the project will be complete around the schedule time coming month June 30 this current year, I think, because we are collaborating them always on the work and skilled manpower of contractors involved this work with high courage on work of contractors.
