The World Human Rights and Development (WHRD) President Shah Shahidul Haque is now in Dhaka on a mission to help and co-operate with the families of the petrol bomb fires’ victims during the Anti government demonstration. The victims, among others, were Bus drivers, helpers, Medical practitioner’s spouses, innocent people like passengers and pedestrians.
He arrived in Dhaka on Tuesday and has been working with his Dhaka colleagues day and night. During his visit, he will visit Burn Unit of different hospitals and talk to the burnt injured and the doctors, and enquire of their treatments. WHRD President will meet the High officials and the pressmen to brief the outcome of his visits.
Shahidul Haque will meet the US Ambassador to keep her informed of his objectives.  
He will express his sympathy and extend his co-operation to the affected families who lost their nearest ones in recent political chaos.
 It is noted that WHRD donated 10 thousand dollars for cyclone affected people and arranged a street fair in 2010 and extended help to the victims of Rana plaza devastation.
It is noted that WHRD extended their hand a handsome amount of monetary grant during the horrible hit of Fire in Nimtoly Dhaka. He will visit Nepal after Dhaka visit.
He will meet the press on May 16 at the National Press Club VIP auditorium around 3 PM with co-operation with the US Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
