A White Paper on corrup-tion in the financial sector will be published in the middle of the next finan¬cial year (FY), finance Minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith has said.In a closing discussion on the supplementary budget of FY 2013-2014, Muhith said, “Scam in the financial sector is a huge shame for us. It’s a matter of great regret for my country.”It’s scandalous for the whole nation.”He said he the White Paper would include di¬rectives on ways to deal with such problems.Muhith regretted not mentioning the plan in his budget speech.”I willfully did not men¬tion this. We are yet to be ready for dealing with such matters. We are also not capable to start reform in this sector,” he said.
