Defending champions West Indies continued their winning spree in their warm up math as they defeated Sri Lanka by 33 runs in their second ICC World Cup T20 warm-up match held on Wednesday at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium at Mirpur.
Put to bat first by Sri Lanka, West Indies piled up a challenging total of 172 for 5 from their allotted 20 overs.
In reply, Sri Lanka found the chase very stiff and dismissed at 139 in 19.2 overs.
Earlier, West Indies posted a seven-wicket win over England in their first preparation match held on Tuesday.
