Despite having ongoing corona pandemic, different television channels of the country have come up to air special programmes on the occasion of ensuing Eid-ul-Fitr. There is a compilation of some of the television programmes that will be aired throughout the Eid festival.
Eid special drama titled Fufur Eid, featuring Imtu Ratish, Sallha Khanom Nadia, Monira Mithu, Jhuna Chowdhury and Abdullah Rana, among others, will air today after the 8:00pm news on BTV. The drama is produced by Shah Zaman Miah and directed by Fazlul Karim. Eid telefilm Shunno Ghore Purno Jibon, with Farhana Mili, Afzal Sharif, Saberi Alam, Mostafizur Rahman and Shirin Alam, among others, will air on the channel after the 8:00pm news on the first day of Eid. The production is produced by Md Imam Hossain and directed by Masum Reza. The Rezaul Rahman Ezaz directorial Bibaho Bibhrat, featuring Imtu Ratish, Sallha Khanom Nadia and Monira Mithu, among others, will be aired at 10:00pm on the second day of Eid. Ahlader Athkhana, with Sazu Khadem, Urmila Srabonti Kar and Masum Bashar, among others, will air after the 8:00pm news on BTV, on the third day of Eid-ul-Fitr.
To celebrate Eid, television shows Super Star, featuring Farhan and Parsa Evana among others and Local Hero featuring Keya Payel and Mushfiq Farhan in the lead roles, will be aired on the first day of Eid at 8:00pm and 11:20pm respectively on ETV. Afran Nisho and Arsha Ashik’s Osomapto will air at 8:00pm the following day. Marriage and Divorce with Ziaul Faruq Apurba, Moushumi Hamid and Rafiath Rashid Mithila will be aired at 8:00pm on the second day.
Deepto TV will air the telefilm Shohore Tukro Rode at 4:30pm on Eid day. The production directed by Nur Imran Mithu, features Azmeri Haque Badhon and Partha Barua in the lead roles. Tanim Rahman Angshu directed short film Iching Biching Coaching, featuring Manoj Kumar Pramanik and Saima Sriti, and telefilm Graduate Hawker with Tanjin Tisha and Jovan will be aired on the same day at 10:00pm and 7:00pm respectively. The single episode drama Ami Mithila Na with Rafiath Rashid Mithila and Imtu Ratish, along with celebrity game show The Box hosted by Nusrat Imrose Tisha with Ziaul Faruq Apurba as a guest, will be aired on Deepto TV the next day at 8:00pm and 10:40pm, respectively. Apurba and Tisha’s Se Bou-er Takai Chole, written and directed by Shihab Shaheen, will air on the third day of Eid at 8:00pm.
Boishakhi TV will begin the festive season with the single episode drama Hilla Biye. The production, written by Tipu Alam Milon and directed by Sardar Rokon, stars Rashed Shemanto, Nadia Ahmed and Aliul Haque, among others. Mojider Kolbalish, a telefilm featuring Mir Sabbir and Nabila Islam, among others, will air at 8:10pm the following day. The single episode Eid special drama Ami Mir Jafor will air at 8:10pm on the third day of Eid. The production, written by Subata Rahik Zarifa and directed by Sajin Ahmed Babu, features Rashed Shemanto, Nilanjana Nila and Masum Bashar, among others.
Ei Prithibi Amader with Tahsan Khan, Purnima and Murina Mithu, among others and Swapnil, with Afran Nisho and Mehazabien Chowdhury, will air at 8:00pm and 9:00pm respectively, on Eid day on NTV. Telefilm Foring Jibon will be aired at 9:00pm on the second day. The production, written and directed by Goutom Koiree, features Ziaul Faruq Apurba, Urmila Srabonti Kar, Rawnak Hasan and Moushumi Hamid among others. Dosh Lokkho Marbel, with Mosharraf Karim and Zakia Bari Mamo, among others, will air at 8:00pm on the third day of Eid-ul-Fitr.
