A court here on Wednesday issued warrants for the arrest of Prothom Alo editor Matiur Rahman and its photographer for skipping its order thrice to appear before it in a case of hurting Muslim sentiment pending since 2007.
District Senior Judicial Magistrate Arifuzzaman passed the order.
Advocate Gani Amin filed the case accusing Matiur and Sajib Khan in October last year of hurting Muslim sentiments through publishing a despicable cartoon.
