A court in Chittagong issued warrant of arrest against the Managing Director of Hirajheel Properties Development Ltd Md. Nasiruddin for alleged cheque defalcation case . Chittagong Metropolitian Masgistrate Abdul Kader issued this warrant order on Tuesday last, counsel of the plaintiff Advocate Ataur Rahman confirmed the matter . Court sources said the plaintiff of the case Nurun Nabi Chowdhury in his case statement said failing to allot plots at Basumati Anowara city Project , HP owner Nasiruddin refunded advance money against the plots through installment cheque of Tk.16 lakh in first installment but the cheque was dishonored several time . Subsequently, the plaintiff filed the case before the Chittagong CMM court on September 26 last . Despite non-response to the notice of the court for appearing before the court, warrant of arrest was issued on Tuesday , sources said.
