An Non-government Organization Pathway, Bhomradah, distributed warm clothes among the cold hit people in Pirganj Upazila of Thakurgaon district on Thursday . Md. Al Amin, President of Pathway, Md. Abu Taher Executive Director of Pathway and local UP Member Md. Munsur Ali distributed the 710 Pieces clothes at Lohagara Rel station premises. Md. Ekbal Hossen, Vice President of Mutual trust Bank, were present as chief guest on the occasion.
Dupchanchia Correspondent says: Warm clothes blankets were distributed to the winter affected people at Nepaltoli union of Gabtoli upazila recently organized by Korea-Bangladesh global family movement center funded by Bonani ladies society Dhaka.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Gabtoli upazila Monira Sultana was distributing the warm clothes as chief guest where present The Daliy Bogra’s Editor Rezaul Karim Badsha, Global family movement Korea-Bangladesh’s director Mahbubur Rahman Soton, Independent Correspondent Mahfuz Monadal, Journalist Enamul Haque, Abu Musa among local leaders were present on the occasion. About two hundreds of poor people get blankets in the programme.
Moulvibazar Correspondent adds: Agrani Bank ltd distributed 2600 blankets among the cold-hit distressed people including women and children here on Thusday afternoon to mitigate their sufferings.Sources concerned said Social Welfare Misnister Syed Moshin Ali distributed the blankets as the chief guest at a simple function arranged by Agrani Bank ltd. Deputry Managing Dircetor Muhammud Samsul Islam and Moulvibazar district representative & Asst. General Manager Hifjur Raman & Ahasik Alahi were present at the function as special guests.
