Walton taekwondo team emerged senior women’s division champions in the 12th Dhaka ITF Taekwondo competition that concluded on Tuesday at National Sports Council (NSC) gymnasium in the city.
Walton taekwondo team won four gold and one silver medals to clinch the title while Central taekwondo team finished runners-up with one gold and three silver medals.
On the other hand, Bashundhara Group emerged men’s senior division champions with four gold and six silver medals while Central Taekwondo Association finished runners-up with one gold medal.
Walton Group operative director head of games and sports FM Iqbal Bin Anwar was present as the chief guest in the closing ceremony of the competition and distributed the prizes.
