The Walton Group accorded reception to all-rounder Mehedi Hasan Miraz. Miraz was adjudged the Player of the Series of the recently concluded ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup. Miraz has acted the Youth Ambassador of the Walton Group.
Walton accorded reception to Miraz at the conference room of Walton in Motijheel on Tuesday.
Walton gave away a crest of honour, an ultra modern mobile set and a chaeque of Tk one lakh to Miraz.
Executive Director of Walton SM Zahid Hasan, Operative Director of Walton Uday Hakim and Senior Deputy Director of Walton Feroze Alam were present at the reception programme, among others.
Miraz said, ” Walton is giving all sorts of co-operation to Bangladesh’s sports. Specially Walton is sponsoring cricket of Bangladesh. I feel proud after getting reception from Walton. I hope it will give me inspiration in future.”
