By-polls in Naogaon-6: Voters want Nur-e-Alam as MP

Despite the corona pandemic, probable candidates from different major political parties especially Awami League and BNP have started moving from door to door seeking supports including votes and Doa centering the upcoming by-polls in Naogoan-6 constituency scheduled to be held on October 17.
Locals said, the names of around three dozen candidates from different parties have come forward centering the polls. Most of them are working to get sympathy and supports of the voters as well as parties high-ups.
Meanwhile, ruling Awami League has announced the name of its nominated candidate, while other parties are taking preparation to announce the names shortly.
Nur-e-Alam Siddique, one of the popular aspirants in the constituency for his humanitarian quality and educational background, is carrying campaign to contest as independent candidate.
Though, most of the people in the area don’t have so much interest to by polls due to ongoing corona pandemic, they however, want to elect an honest and educated person, who will lend his helping hands to them in needs. They also want to see new face and energetic leadership for the upcoming polls.
