The Walton Victory Day Volleyball Tournament, organised by Bangladesh Volleyball Federation (BVF), begins today (Sunday) at the Shaheed Suhrawardi National Indoor Stadium in Mirpur.
Four national teams-Bangladesh A team (national players), Bangladesh B team (Army players), Bangladesh C team (Air Force players) and Bangladesh D team (league players)-will participate in the men’s competition while three teams-Bangladesh Ansar, Bangladesh Police and BJMC-will play in the women’s competition.
Three matches will be held on the opening day (Sunday). Bangladesh A team will play Bangladesh D team at 10:30 am while Bangladesh B team will face Bangladesh C team at 12 noon in the men’s competition.
Bangladesh Ansar will meet Bangladesh Police at 2:30 pm in the lone women’s competition.
