Vaccination to be closed during Eid holidays

The Directorate General of Health Service (DGHS) announced that its COVID-19 vaccination centers will be closed from July 20 to 23 for the Eid Al Azha holidays.
The director of DGHS MIS Professor Dr. Mizanur Rahman confirmed the matter to reporters on Monday.
He said mass immunization activities would be closed during the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha public holidays from July 20 to July 23. Therefore, the inoculation program will continue as usual from Saturday (July 24).
Meanwhile, the cabinet has decided not to allow more than three days off on

the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha. Apart from this, the country is going through a strict lockdown again from July 23, to curb the spread of corona infection.
The Department of Health has advised all to follow the health guidelines during Eid-ul-Azha. It has also said not to go home this Eid unless special needs.
