Uzbekistan blank Bangladesh 4-0

Uzbekistan blanked Bangladesh by 4-0 goals in their second group E match of the AFC U-23 Championship 2016 Qualifiers held on Sunday at the Bangabandhu National Stadium.
Uzbekistan took early lead in the 4th minute of the match from a free kick. Midfielder Masharipov Jalaluddin’s angular free kick from the edge of the box hit the back of the net and the Bangladesh goalie Liton was hapless under the bar (1-0).
Captain Sardor Rakhmanov increased the margin double for Uzbekistan in the 13th minute. Midfielder Masharipov Jalaluddin curved a free kick to unmarked Sardor Rakhmanov who headed the ball home from the box (2-0).
Defender Sardor Rakhmanov further widened the margin scoring the third goal for Uzbekistan in the 30th minute also with a header.
Midfielder Masharipov Jalaluddin curved a cross from right flag and Rakhmanov’s perfect spot jump enabled him to send the ball into the far post (3-0).
Midfielder Abbosher Makhstaliev sealed the victory for Uzbekistan in the 40th minute with a header after capitalizing on a cross from defender Komilov Akramjon (4-0).
Uzbekistan was reduced 10 men in the 55th minute when their forward Shagulyamov Alisher was sent off by referee Fahad Almidasi showing direct red card after taking down dangerously Bangladesh defender Tapu.
However Bangladesh also was reduced to ten men in the 69th minute when skipper Raihan Hasan pulled onrushing Abbosher Makhstaliev down at the top of the box and was shown a red card. Earlier, Bangladesh lost to Syria also by the same margin in their group opening match.
Bangladesh will play their next match against India on Tuesday at the same venue.
