Usha Krira Chakra emerged as the champions of the Group A securing seven points from three matches. Usha Krira Chakra blanked Ajax SC by 5-0 goals, drubbed Sadharan Bima Krira Sangha by 8-0 goals, made a 2-2 draw with Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club.
Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited became runners-up of the Group B collecting nine points from four matches. Mohammedan beat Bangladesh SC by 4-2 goals, defeated Wari Club by 4-1 goals, outplayed Sonali Bank SRC by 7-1 goals, and lost to Abahani Limited by 4-2 goals.
Dhaka Abahani Limited emerged as the champions of the Group B bagging 10 points from four matches. Anahani made a 2-2 draw with Sonali Bank SRC, blanked Bangladesh SC by 5-0 goals, outplayed Wari Club by 10-0 goals, defeated Mohammedan Sporting Club by 4-2 goals.
Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club became runners-up of the Group A gaining seven points from three matches. Usha Krira Chakra and Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club collected same points from their respective Group A matches but by virtue of better goal difference Usha Krira Chakra emerged as the Group A champions and Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club became runners-up. Mariner Youngs Club blanked Sadharan Bima Krira Sangha by 9-0 goals, defeated Ajax SC by 4-1 goals, and drew 2-2 with Usha Krira Chakra.
