The US Embassy, including the Consular Section, the American Centre with the Archer K Blood Centre Library and the Education USA Student Advising Centre, will remain closed on August 14 in observance of Janmashtami, a national holiday of Bangladesh.
However, emergency services for American citizens will be available and they are requested to call on 55662000 to talk to the duty officer, a US Embassy press release said here on Thursday.
