BSS :US Ambassador Marcia Stephens Bloom Bernicat on Sunday hoped her country’s cooperation and friendly relations with Bangladesh would enhance further along with the expansion of trade.She expressed the hope when she called on Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Speaker and Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Chairperson Dr. Shirin Sharmin Choudhury at her JS office.During the meeting, the US envoy assured continued cooperation of her country to the socio-economic development of Bangladesh, said a JS press release.She mentioned that there are scopes for Bangladesh and the US to work together in facing the adverse impacts of climate change.
