Earlier popular TV actress Tareen worked with Urmila Srabonti Kar in a single episode play for the first time they have worked together in a drama serial. Title of the serial is Sunflower.
In the serial, Tareen and Urmila are acting in roles of electrician and journalist respectively. The serial is being aired on NTV now.
While sharing her feelings to work with Urmila in the serial Tareen told this correspondent, “Now-a-days, it is really difficult to make any serial popular among the viewers within very short time. But I have already got huge response from the viewers of home and abroad specially from outside the country after airing 10 episodes of the serial. When Urmila contested in Lux-Channel i Beauty Pageant I was a judge. During that time she told me that she was my fan. While working with her I remembered those memories. Urmila is so sweet and polite actress. Therefore, she is one of the busiest actresses in media now. I wish her success.”
Urmila shared her feelings by this way, “In TV play, Tareen Apu is one of my favourite actresses. Earlier I got the only scope to work with her. But that was not serial. In fact, I always see dream to work with her because I want to establish myself as an actress like her in media. She takes care of me like my older sister. She is like my guardian in media. I am really delighted to work with her in Sunflower. She also likes me.”
Murad Ahmed wrote story of Sunflower and Khairul Bashar Nirjhar wrote its script. Nazrul Islam Raju gave main concept of the serial. It is being aired every Thursday and Friday on Maasranga TV at 8:20pm now.
