Prof Dr Mary Kiernan, a representative from University of Greenwich (UoG), visited Daffodil Institute of IT (DIIT) on Sunday.
The representative attended the series of meeting with the management committee, faculty staff and students separately in the daylong program. He has also visited the physical infrastructure of DIIT. Mohammad Nuruzzaman, Executive Director and other high officials of DIIT were present at the occasion.
The objective of his visit was to check the quality (QA Visit) of UoG Programs at DIIT. The representative expressed his highest satisfaction at the end of his visit. Mentionable, that DIIT has been conducting BSc (Hon’s) in IT programs of the UoG.
In this system of education, the students study the syllabus provided by the UoG, question papers are set and exam scripts are checked in the UoG and the British council conducts final exams.
