Fertility development: Unregistered medicine sold in local market

The people of Bangladesh take medicine in order to develop fertility; even they don’t hesitate to use unregistered medicine.
Sometimes, those who do it pay a price instead of getting good result.
It is noted that two persons died in Savar recently after consuming unregistered herbal medicine locally known as energy-boosting halva. Infertility is one of the rising problems for the spouses in the whole world including Bangladesh. Once people strongly believed in different superstitions, but nowadays they are digitally deceived. Experts say that infertility has no remedy, but there is a scientific method to take a baby.
Though it is expensive in our country, many Bangladeshis are adopting it.
Eminent Pharmacist and Professor of University of Dhaka, Dr ABM Faraque, said taking a medicine for removing infertility is a wrong conception. Rather a section of people are trading human quest for child.
Md Tareque who is the owner of a Drug house, assured us of availability of various kinds of Medicine for Infertility solution in the local market, but effectiveness is doubtful.
Some brokers are very active in local market to collect some important medicine in order to create an artificial rate of medicine.
On this issue, Md Rohul Amein, Director General of Drug Administration office, said that some legal actions will be taken if anybody sells unregistered medicine in the market. No broker will be spared as well.
