An unidentified body of a person has been found in Telma Bit Tila beside Satchari National Park in Chunarghat, Habiganj.
It is learnt that at 8:30 am, Samiran Mallik, a villager at the Satchari Range office, suddenly got a bad odor on his way from his home to the shop and went to the hill at 8 yards north of his house and saw the body of a deceased person lying on the rope.
The villager reported the matter to Satchhari Range Officer Mahmud Hossain, and the Range Officer immediately notified the Chunarghat Police Station.Chunarughat police OC probe Ali Ashraf notifies Habiganj PBI at 5 pm, OC (Investigation) of the Chunarghat Police Station Mohammad Ali Ashraf, PBI inspector Md. Faridul Islam and PBI inspector Rezaul Karim visited the spot.An unknown body was brought to Chunarghat police station. The body has been sent to Habiganj morgue for autopsy.
The investigating officer of the Chunarghat Police Station Mohammad Ali Ashraf said, “It is believed that the unidentified man was killed here 10/12 days ago.” He has a rope bump in his neck.
