UNAIDS Country Director in Bangladesh Leo Kenny called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique at his office on Monday.
He was accompanied by Monitoring & Evaluation Officer of UNAIDS Pamela Kechter.
During the meeting, they discussed matters of mutual interest, especially the development of health education in Bangladesh.
“The 12th International Congress on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific (ICAAP12) will be held on November 20-23 in Dhaka,” Kenny told Dr Arefin.
