An inaugural ceremony of Digital University of Northern University Bangladesh was held at Northern University campus on Nov. 23 Professor Abdul Mannan, Chairman, University Grants Commission of Bangladesh attended the programme as the Chief Guest. Professor Dr. A.W.M. Abdul Haque, Vice-Chancellor (In-charge), Northern University Bangladesh presided over the function.
UGC Chairman Professor Abdul Mannan appreciated the Northern University Bangladesh for converting their various activities in the digital format. At the same time he advised the students to utilize the maximum facilities and not to misuse the same. In this way, we shall have to achieve the goals of digital Bangladesh. He also urges to the university authorities to improve the quality of education along with the digitalization.
Professor Dr. Abu Yousuf Md. Abdullah, Chairman of the Trustee Board, Professor Dr. Anowarul Karim, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Md. Anowar Hossain, Treasurer, Lieutenant Coronel (Rtd.) Akteder Ahmad Siddiqi, Dean and Head of different faculties, Teachers, Officials and Students of Northern University Bangladesh among others were present on the occasion.
