Once in manikganj’s Jhitka, shooting of many movies were done. Popular face of the small screen of present time Uday Khan is hailed from there. Uday can remember that in Jhitka he saw the shooting of late hero Salman Shah’s movie Sujon Sokhi. During that time he started to see dream to be an actor.
Once while visiting BFDC Uday met late director Mohammad Hannan who gave him an opportunity to act in a TV play titled O Aamar Chokkhu Nai. Then he got the scope to work in Motaleb Hossain’s movie Dapot with late hero Manna. But he later became engaged with small screen. He acted in Golam Sohrab Dodul’s many plays and serials including Shatkahon. Once in music videos, he also got popularity as a model. He also acted in Khairul Alam Sabuj-directed play Totaram under his theatre troupe, Theatre Topkhana. He also acted in other theatre plays.
