United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB) opened its 176th branch at Anowara in Chittagong on Tuesday.
State Minister for Land Saifuzzaman Chowdhury, MP inaugurated the branch as the chief guest, said a press release.
UCB Additional Managing Director Mohammed Shawkat Jamil, Deputy Managing Director Md Abdul Jabber Chowdhury and other senior officials attended the inaugural ceremony along with local elite and businessmen.
Mr Chowdhury as the chief guest expressed his hope that UCB is firmly contributing as catalyst to the enhancement of entrepreneurship and everybody’s assistance is highly desired to broaden our service more.
