The Bangladesh Under-19 team lost to Otago University side in their preparation match for the World Cup-2018 held on Tuesday at Dunedin in New Zealand.
Batting first after winning the toss, the youth side managed to reach only 170 in 40.22 overs before they bundled out. Saif scored a team-high 69-ball 54 while Afif Hossain added 44-ball 40.
Otago A reached their destination in 36.5 overs courtesy of a 96-ball 73 from GW Crowdis performance. However, Otago faced wobble losing four wickets on their way to chase the target set by the junior Tigers.
