Two minor boys died in separate incidents in Fulgazi and Parshuram upazila of the district on Sunday.
The deceased were identified as Anaful, 02, hailed from Monipur village in Fulgazi upazila and Abdul Qayum, 07, resident of Sottonagar village in Parshuram upazila.
Police said Anaful drowned in a pond at his village home this noon. He was rescued and taken to Fulgazi upazila Health Complex, where the duty doctor declared him dead.
While, Abdul Qayum died after being electrocuted while he was playing outside his house at around 10 am. One Kowser is his father.
