Brahmanbaria: Two persons were fined for using excavators illegally in the government land adjacent to the Asayan project. They are Haren, Hamdu Mia, son of late Maidar Ali of Baktarmura village of the upazila and Md. Nadim Mia, son of Sourav Hossain of Dhaka Jatrabari area.
Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Rabeya Asfar Saima gave a drive in the Baktarmura area of Bishnupur UP on Tuesday afternoon on the basis of secret information.
These two persons were fined for using excavators illegally using government excavators from the government land adjacent to the Asayan project.
The Assistant Commissioner enforced Section 15 of the Land and Executive Magistrate, Balumhal and Soil Management Act 2010 and fined each of them Rs. 50,000 – and a total of Rs. Submit Everyone present at the time expressed their gratitude to the correspondent.
