Two diagnostic centres failed to show approval from Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council during a mobile court drive in Chittagong city on Tuesday.
The authorities of “Chittagong Bell View” and “Sensive Diagnostic Centre” sought a time of 24 hours to show the documents, said Executive Magistrate Sayed Murad Ali. However, they have other relevant papers, he said. The court locked “Unique Diagnostic Centre” as its owner fled sensing the drive, said the magistrate.
As a regular drive, district administration conducted the mobile court on Jamal Khan Road where there are dozens of diagnostic centres.
