The miscreants killed one youth named Nurul Islam Emon (18) at DC Road area under Bakolia in the port city. Police recovered the body of the victim from besides a building at the area on Thursday morning.
Sources in police said, Nurul Islam Emon was the son of one Jane Alam of the same area. He worked as a pipe fitter at the area. Police recovered the body. There were spots of injuries on the back side of the victim. Police sent the body of the victim Nurul Islam Emon to the morgue for autopsy.
On the other hand, unknown miscreants killed another person named Mohammed Shipon (18). Police recovered the body of the victim Shipon from the roof of a train at Chittagong Railway station in the morning.
Sources in police said, victim Shipon was a construction worker. He was the son of one Kabir Meah of Hobygonj in Sylet. Police said, “Shipon might hit with over bridge or foot over bridges when he was coming to Chittagong after Eid on the roof of a train.
