Noted actor and theatre personality Tushar Khan was shifted to the ICU on Saturday at Green Life Hospital due to complications arising from Covid-19 infections. The actor has been hospitalised for the last two days due to being infected by the Omicron variant of coronavirus. Actor Mamunur Rashid said, “Tushar tested positive for Covid-19 about a week ago. He was admitted to the hospital the day before yesterday. He was shifted to the ICU last night.” Tushar Khan rose to fame in 1982 since his association with the theatre group, Aranyak Nattya Dal.
