US Uncut :
Many of us didn’t expect that Republican candidate Donald Trump could have possible won the election with all of the various fraud lawsuits and sexual assault cases against him, but he somehow managed to become the next President of the United States. As much of America (and the world) collectively flips out in panic, many Americans are turning to
Google to find out either how to move out of Canada or how to impeach Trump.
According to one law professor, it may be difficult to impeach President Trump now that the GOP is in control of both the Senate and the House of Representatives – but there is still a strong belief that there’s already enough evidence to impeach this moron. In a 23-page article, University of Utah Law Professor Christopher Lewis Peterson lays out why Congress should impeach Trump and how it could be easily done.
According to Peterson, Trump’s involvement in fraudulent activity and racketeering is grounds for impeachment under Article II of the United States Constitution for “high crimes and misdemeanors.” Peterson said: “Unlike his promised crimes yet to come, the illegal acts in Trump’s high pressure wealth seminars have already occurred. Indeed, a federal judge appointed under Article III of the U.S. Constitution has already determined that Trump’s alleged actions, if true, constitute fraud and racketeering. Congress would be well within its legal rights under the Constitution to insist upon a President who is not a fraudster or a racketeer as defined in its own law.”
Peterson is referring to Trump’s scammy Trump University, which he is currently facing countless lawsuits over. Without even mentioning the numerous sexual assault lawsuits that have been brought against Trump recently, Peterson believes that Trump’s fraudulent activity alone could be grounds for impeachment.
