bdnews24.com :Police arrested a truck driver from Madaripur for ramming a bus and killing two female police personnel at Fakirapul intersection in the city.Motijheel police station’s Sub-Inspector (SI) Mohammad Salauddin said police arrested the driver from Shibchar of Madaripur at around midnight on Sunday.A bus carrying female police personnel left Rajarbagh Police Line early on Sunday to deploy them for security during the BNP’s non-stop blockade. A truck rammed into the bus near Fakirapul intersection and fled.The crash killed police personnel Aklima Begum, 24 and Mamoni Khatun, 22 and left 26 others injured.SI Rafiqul Islam filed a case in Motijheel police station.
