Rotary Club of Dhaka Mid Town in collaboration with its sponsoring Rotaract Club of Daffodil International University and Rotaract Club of Dhaka Mid Town organized a Tree Plantation program today on Saturday at Daffodil International University (DIU) Permanent Campus, Ashulia, Dhaka.
Rtn PDG Rafiq Ahmed Siddique, Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator, RI Zone -6b inaugurated the Tree Plantation Program as the chief guest while Rtn Dr Zhumu Khan, President Rotary Club of Dhaka Mid Town was present as the special guest.
Dr Mostafa Kamal, Director, Permanent Campus, Dr Kamal Pasha, Head Department of Environmental Science and Disaster Management, Md. Anowar Habib Kazal, Sr Assistant Director (Public Relations) of Daffodil International University, Rtr PPAsad Ullah, Rtr Rtr PP Dipak Chandra Shill, IPP Tajul Islam, Rtr Tapan Kumar Roy, President of Rotaract Club of Dhaka Mid Town, Rtr Abdullah Al Mamun, Vice President and Rtr Nafisa Rahman Mou, Secretary, Rotaract Club of DIU was present at the tree plantation program.
Almost hundred different types of fruits, flowers, and wood trees saplings were planted indifferent locations of the campus.
