A trader was killed when a motorcycle hit him at Memberpara of the district town on Wednesday night.
The deceased was identified as Siddiqur Rahman, 62.
Quoting locals, Sadar Police Station sources said a motorcycle hit Siddiqur around 10pm when he was returning home.
Critically injured Siddiqur was first taken to Sadar Hospital. He died on way to Chittagong Medical College Hospital.
Sadar Police Station OC Golam Sarwar said they seized the bike.
